海关查获大量明星照片卡、照片“盲盒”、徽章 海关：涉事旅客“水客”特征明显
Recently, while supervising an inbound flight, customs officers at Fuzhou Changle Airport, a subsidiary of Fuzhou Customs, found that there was an abnormality in the passing image of a passenger's checked baggage. The image showed that the baggage contained a large number of card-type items. After unpacking and inspection by on-site customs officers, 2553 star photo cards, 718 bags of star photo "blind boxes", and 222 bags of star badges were found in his suitcase. After on-site inquiries, the passenger involved admitted that the above-mentioned items were not owned by him personally, but were carried into the country on the entrustment of others to earn "contract manufacturing fees". The characteristics of "water passengers" were obvious. At present, the customs has temporarily withheld the above items in accordance with regulations.
近日，福州海关所属福州长乐机场海关关员在对一架进境航班进行监管时，发现一名旅客托运行李的过机图像存在异常，图像显示行李内含数量极多的卡片类物品。经现场关员开箱查验，在其行李箱内发现分装成袋的明星照片卡2553张、明星照片“盲盒”718包、明星徽章222包。经现场询问，涉事旅客承认上述物品并非其个人所有，而是为赚取“代工费”，受他人委托携带进境，“水客”特征明显。目前，海关已按规定将上述物品暂扣。
