飞越塔克拉玛干 实现沙漠“黄”、生态“绿”、产业“红”协同发展
A set of satellite images shows the effectiveness of desertification prevention and control. Before 1985, in Aksu, Xinjiang, on the northwest edge of the Taklimakan Desert, the desert was only 6 kilometers away from the Urban area and was pressing forward at a rate of 5 meters per year. Next to it is Celle County, Hotan Prefecture on the southern edge of the desert. In 2012, it was about 5 kilometers closest to the desert, which surrounds the entire town. In 2014, the closest straight-line distance to the desert was less than 7 kilometers in Maigaiti County in Kashgar Prefecture, which was suitable for people to live in. The desert area accounted for 90% of the county's total area. It can be seen that the 21 counties and cities along the edge of the Taklimakan Desert are facing a common problem, that is, how to stop the approaching desert. After a long period of management, green ecological barriers have been gradually built on the edge of the desert. Next, we followed the aerial view and came to the sky above the Hotan Prefecture on the edge of the Taklimakan Desert. The task of locking and sand fixation here has entered the sprint stage.
