通车30周年 塔里木沙漠公路为新疆经济助力
In October 1995, the 562-kilometer-long Tarim Desert Highway was officially opened to traffic, running through the Taklimakan Desert. In 2006, Petroleum China's Tarim Oilfield built an ecological protective forest belt about 75 meters wide and 436 kilometers long on both sides of the highway, allowing more than 20 million psammophytes such as red willow and Haloxylon ammodendron to take root in the sand sea through drip irrigation systems. In 2022, Tarim Oilfield will carry out photovoltaic transformation of water source wells along the highway, completely ending the history of using diesel engines to generate electricity and pump water irrigation, achieving zero-carbon emissions from "oil to electricity", and becoming my country's first zero-carbon desert highway.
1995年10月，562公里长的塔里木沙漠公路正式通车，贯穿塔克拉玛干沙漠。2006年，中国石油塔里木油田在公路两侧建成宽约75米、长436公里的生态防护林带，让2000多万株红柳、梭梭等沙生植物通过滴灌系统扎根沙海。2022年，塔里木油田对公路沿途水源井进行光伏改造，彻底结束用柴油机发电抽水灌溉的历史，实现“油改电”零碳排放，成为我国首条零碳沙漠公路。
