事关外卖平台和经营者监管 市场监管总局拟出台新规
In order to further strengthen the food safety supervision of online catering services, the State Administration for Market Regulation combined the current actual food safety situation of online catering services, and based on full research and extensive solicitation of opinions from all parties, studied and drafted the "Online Catering Service Third-Party Platform Providers and Online Catering Services Provisions on the Implementation of Food Safety Subject Responsibilities by Service Providers (Draft for Comments)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), recently publicly solicited opinions from the public, and the deadline for feedback is November 16.
为进一步加强网络餐饮服务食品安全监管，市场监管总局结合当前网络餐饮服务食品安全实际情况，在充分调研和广泛征求各方意见基础上，研究起草了《网络餐饮服务第三方平台提供者和入网餐饮服务提供者落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《规定》），近期面向社会公开征求意见，意见反馈截止日期为11月16日。
