航行警告：长江部分水域军事演训
According to the website of China Maritime Safety Administration, the Huangshi Maritime Safety Administration issued a navigation warning. From 8:00 to 12:00 on September 17 and from 8:00 to 12:00 on September 18, the Xishui River of the Daiyuan Waterway in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River will enter the river mouth from 5 kilometers upstream to 3 kilometers downstream. Military exercises and training activities will be carried out in the waters (at a channel length of 921km-929km).
据中国海事局网站消息，黄石海事局发布航行警告，9月17日8时至12时、9月18日8时至12时，长江下游戴圆水道浠水入江口上游5公里至下游3公里水域（航道里程921km-929km处）进行军事演训活动。

September 16 is the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, and this year's theme is "From Science to Global Action." China has made important contributions to promoting ozone layer restoration and responding to climate change. It has currently phased out a total of about 628,000 tons of ozone-depleting substances production and use, accounting for more than half of the amount eliminated in developing countries. It is expected that more than 90,000 tons will be eliminated by the end of this year.
