《个体工商户信用评价指标》国家标准发布
Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the formulation and release of the national standard "Credit Evaluation Indicators for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households"(GB/T 46278-2025) to promote the orderly sharing and efficient use of evaluation information and assist individual industrial and commercial households in credit financing. The standard stipulates the basic requirements for the establishment of credit evaluation indicators for individual industrial and commercial households, the content of evaluation indicators and the setting of indicators, and is suitable for carrying out credit evaluation activities for individual industrial and commercial households.
近日，市场监管总局组织制定发布《个体工商户信用评价指标》（GB/T 46278—2025）国家标准，推动评价信息有序共享和高效利用，助力个体工商户信用融资。标准规定了个体工商户信用评价指标建立的基本要求、评价指标内容及指标设置，适用于开展个体工商户信用评价活动。

国家统计局：2025年8月份核心CPI继续回升 PPI同比降幅收窄
In August, the consumer market was generally stable. The consumer price index (CPI) was flat month-on-month, down 0.4% year-on-year. The core CPI excluding food and energy prices rose 0.9% year-on-year, expanding for the fourth consecutive month. The competition order in the domestic market continues to be optimized, and the supply-demand relationship in some industries has improved. The industrial producer price index (PPI) has turned flat from a month-on-month decline of 0.2% in the previous month; it has dropped 2.9% year-on-year, and the decline has narrowed by 0.7 percentage points from the previous month.
8月份，消费市场运行总体平稳，居民消费价格指数（CPI）环比持平，同比下降0.4%，扣除食品和能源价格的核心CPI同比上涨0.9%，涨幅连续第4个月扩大。国内市场竞争秩序持续优化，部分行业供需关系改善，工业生产者出厂价格指数（PPI）环比由上月下降0.2%转为持平；同比下降2.9%，降幅比上月收窄0.7个百分点。
