出土石制品494件 山西一旧石器遗址发掘资料公布
Recently, the Archaeological Research Institute of Shanxi Province announced the excavation data of Xicheng Mountain Paleolithic Site in Yangcheng County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. 494 stone artifacts were unearthed at the site, adding new materials to the study of prehistoric human stone tools technology and behavior in the late Late Pleistocene in the Yellow River Basin. The Xichengshan site is another late Paleolithic site in southern Shanxi, which records the adaptive behavior of humans at higher altitudes (1,800 - 1,700 meters) during this period.
近日，山西省考古研究院对外公布了山西省晋城市阳城县析城山旧石器遗址的发掘资料。该遗址出土石制品494件，为研究黄河流域晚更新世晚段史前人类石器技术和行为添新材料。析城山遗址是山西南部又一处旧石器时代晚期遗址，记录了该时期人类在较高海拔处（1800~1700米）的适应性行为。
