On July 25, local time, the second China-Latin America Human Rights Roundtable with the theme of "China-Latin America Community with a Shared Future and the Development of Human Rights" was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. More than 130 officials, experts and scholars from China and Latin America and the Caribbean and relevant social organizations, think tanks, and media representatives focused on topics such as "Human Rights Protection in the Digital Era","Environment, Climate and Human Rights", and "China-Latin America's Contribution to Global Human Rights Governance." Delegates attending the meeting generally believed that China actively promotes global human rights governance through its own practices. At a time when digital technology is accelerating and environment and climate governance are related to the destiny of mankind, China and Latin American countries should continue to work together to promote the development of global human rights.
当地时间7月25日，以“中拉命运共同体与人权事业发展”为主题的第二届中拉人权圆桌会在巴西圣保罗举行，来自中国与拉丁美洲和加勒比地区130余位人权领域官员、专家学者及有关社会组织、智库、媒体代表，聚焦“数智时代的人权保障”“环境、气候与人权”“中拉对全球人权治理的贡献”等议题展开讨论。与会代表普遍认为，中国以自身实践积极推动全球人权治理。在数字技术加速发展、环境与气候治理关乎人类命运的当下，中国与拉美各国应继续携手合作，推动全球人权事业发展。
