北京2025年增发新能源小客车指标4万个，怎么配置？官方解读
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Interim Provisions on the Regulation of the Number of Small Passenger Cars in Beijing City"(Municipal Government Order No. 296) and the "Interim Provisions on the Regulation of the Number of Small Passenger Cars in Beijing City" Implementation Rules (Revised in 2020)", the municipal transportation administrative department has worked with the city. Development and reform, public security organs traffic management, ecological environment and other relevant administrative departments have studied and submitted to the municipal government for approval, the following is hereby announced on the 2025 Beijing City minibus quota and other related matters.
根据《北京市小客车数量调控暂行规定》（市政府令第296号）、《<北京市小客车数量调控暂行规定>实施细则（2020年修订）》的有关规定，经市交通行政主管部门会同市发展改革、公安机关交通管理、生态环境等相关行政主管部门研究，并报请市政府批准，现就2025年北京市小客车指标配额等有关事项通告如下。
