On the afternoon of December 6, 2024, the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, publicly sentenced the defendant unit Kangdexin Composite Materials Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Kangdexin Company) and former chairman Zhong Yu, former director Xu Shu, former financial director Wang Yu, former capital department director Zhang Lixiong, and former financial director Wu Xiaoyan of Kangde Group for violating regulations and failing to disclose important information. Zhong Yu was sentenced to 15 years in prison and fined 20.2 million yuan for multiple crimes of illegal disclosure and failure to disclose important information, fraudulent issuance of securities, fraudulent purchase of foreign exchange, and breach of trust and damaging the interests of a listed company. Other responsible persons were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment and fined for participating in related crimes.
12月6日，江苏省苏州市中级人民法院发布案件信息公告。2024年12月6日下午，江苏省苏州市中级人民法院对被告单位康得新复合材料集团股份有限公司（以下简称康得新公司）以及原董事长钟玉、原董事徐曙、原财务总监王瑜、原资金部主管张丽雄、康得集团原财务总监吴晓雁违规披露、不披露重要信息罪等一案公开宣判。钟玉因违规披露、不披露重要信息罪、欺诈发行证券罪、骗购外汇罪及背信损害上市公司利益罪数罪并罚，被判处有期徒刑15年，并处罚金2020万元。其他责任人员因参与相关犯罪分别被判处有期徒刑并处罚金。
