宁夏将13项辅助生殖类医疗服务项目纳入医保
The Medical Security Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region recently issued the "Notice on Including Some Therapeutic Assisted Reproductive Medical Service Items into the Scope of Basic Medical Insurance Payment", clarifying that starting from October 15, 2024, 10 assisted reproductive medical service items including "egg retrieval" and 3 additional items will be included in the scope of basic medical insurance payment to reduce the financial burden on families of infertile patients and promote long-term balanced development of the population. Ningxia has also added "Infertility Outpatient Assisted Reproductive Technology Treatment" outpatient chronic diseases. The starting payment standard and reimbursement ratio are implemented in accordance with the basic medical insurance outpatient chronic disease treatment policy, and there is no annual fund maximum payment limit.
宁夏回族自治区医疗保障局近日发布了《关于将部分治疗性辅助生殖类医疗服务项目纳入基本医疗保险支付范围的通知》，明确自2024年10月15日起，将包括“取卵术”在内的10个辅助生殖类医疗服务项目和3个加收项目纳入基本医疗保险支付范围，以减轻不孕不育患者家庭的经济负担，促进人口长期均衡发展。宁夏还新增“不孕不育门诊辅助生殖技术治疗”门诊慢特病病种，起付标准、报销比例遵照基本医疗保险门诊慢特病待遇政策执行，不设年度基金最高支付限额。
