电子、纸质同效！这5种行政审批证照11月起可下载
Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued an announcement that starting from November 1, 2024, the "Pesticide Registration Certificate","Pesticide Registration and Test Unit Certificate","Fertilizer Registration Certificate" and "Veterinary Drug Product Approval Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs at the same level will be implemented nationwide. There are five types of electronic certificates: Approval Document "and" Quarantine Approval Form for Imported Agricultural Seedlings from Abroad ". The electronic certificates and paper certificates are produced and issued simultaneously and used in parallel, and have the same legal effect.
近日，农业农村部发布公告，2024年11月1日起，在全国范围内推行应用农业农村部本级颁发的《农药登记证》《农药登记试验单位证书》《肥料登记证》《兽药产品批准文号批件》《国（境）外引进农业种苗检疫审批单》共5种电子证照，电子证照与纸质证照同步制发、并行使用，具有同等法律效力。
