司法部：上半年全国新收行政复议案件逾29万件
The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Justice that in the first half of this year, a total of 292,000 new administrative review cases were accepted nationwide, a year-on-year increase of 150%, twice the number of first-instance administrative litigation cases in the same period; 24,000 illegal and improper administrative behaviors were corrected and 64,000 cases were settled through mediation, reconciliation, and withdrawal of applications; 202,000 disputes were not filed after reconsideration, and the cases were closed.
